Australia Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $60 (use code FREESHIPPING at checkout) or Flat-rate shipping of $9.50 on orders under $60. Express shipping is available at $15.50.

ALL of our domestic orders are sent out via Sendle or Auspost.

Please note that as our vessels are made to order, the lead time for the product may take 1-3 business days to print. However, we will always endeavor to complete your order as soon as possible!

You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched, and this email will include all tracking details relating to your order. Changes to your order's delivery status will be indicated via your tracking number on the courier website.

Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays, additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various international countries outside of Australia. We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, but we do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.

Please note that due to reduced flights during the pandemic, delays in shipping may occur.

Shipping FAQs

What happens if I am not home when the package is delivered?

If you do not think you will be home during standard delivery hours we highly recommend you select authority to leave for your order. We ask that you give detailed notes, such as how to enter your property or where to leave your item if applicable. As we use courier services to deliver a great deal of our orders, failure to deliver or collect items can result in your order being returned to sender. Please note Cahaya.byern is not responsible for any costs associated with re-delivery.

Returns

We do not accept exchange or refund due to change of mind. We can only offer an exchange or refund due to damaged items. Where you wish to return a product due to a quality issue, the product may be returned to Cahaya.byern for refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided that the product is unused. You are responsible for the costs of shipping and additional postage charges. We will provide you with a refund or credit to the value of the product purchased less any shipping or freight charges.

If you have experienced a fault within your products please email us via cahaya.byern@gmail.com, please note we will require images and a description of the fault within 7 days of receiving the product in order to process your request. The damaged or faulty product may be returned to Cahaya.byern for refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase.

There is no return or exchange for the change of mind reasons and sale items.
