Inspired by my Passion for Plants
CAHAYA (Cha.hi.ya)
The idea for CAHAYA was birthed out of lockdown 2020. That was when Ern’s passion and obsession over plants really kicked off !
Through her obsession, she learnt heaps about plants & loved how easily she could create new life from mother plants by propagation.
Being in the Architecture industry also meant that Ern could design & understood how a 3D printer worked. And so, combining Ern’s ability to design & her passion for plants, she decided, why not design propagation vessels?
CAHAYA means light in Malay, a tribute to her Malaysian heritage. This project and her love for plants was her Light in what is considered a dark time.
It has been such a journey & Ern is so excited to share her passion with you ! May CAHAYA bring Light, joy & creativity into your home.
